Continuous commissioning
Continuous commissioning is, as the name suggests, the continuous checking, adjustment and fine tuning of the equipment, services and systems to ensure they are kept working at optimum performance. This may be necessary to ensure that the evolving performance requirements of a building continue to be met. Requirements could change, for example, as a result of increasing or decreasing occupant density, changing occupancy patterns, system addition or deletion or reconfiguration of workspaces.
